By purchasing a product or service from Elska Studio, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms ensure clarity for both you (the customer) and us (the designer), and help create a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.
2. Digital Products
All digital products — including website templates, branding kits, and Canva files — are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once purchased and accessed. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
3. Licensing
Each purchase includes a standard license for personal or business use on one website. If you require a commercial license for multiple uses or resale, this must be purchased separately.
4. Template Use & Customisation
Templates are intended for DIY use via platforms such as Showit and Canva. While some support is provided, Elska Studio is not responsible for custom coding, advanced setup, or third-party platform issues after delivery.
5. Services
Service bookings (e.g. the Weekend Website) are confirmed via deposit and reserved calendar dates. Deposits are non-refundable. The remaining balance is due once your preview site has been approved. Revisions are limited to one round unless otherwise agreed.
6. Payment & Refunds
Due to the digital nature of products and time-based bookings, all sales are final. Payment plans may be available and are outlined clearly at checkout.
